Notarial Records & Data Protection

I am required to maintain a formal register, known as a Notarial Protocol, of all notarial acts that I create, which I retain as a permanent record.

Personal data received from clients is held securely and not capable of being accessed externally. Data collected as part of my notarial records is used solely for the purposes of meeting my professional legal responsibilities as a Notary Public.

My practice is regulated through the Faculty Office of the Archbishop of Canterbury
