appointments

In order to notarise a document, I will require a face-to-face meeting, as this is an essential part of the notarisation process. Please do not sign any documents in advance of your appointment, as they must be signed in my presence.

To book an appointment, you can email me at hd@thenotarypublic.co.uk or call me on 07404 729 269, or you can fill in the form on my Contact page.

Meetings can take place at my home address, and I am also able to provide home visits and visits to office addresses (please note that this will incur an additional fee).

Clients are advised to review the list of things to bring with them to their appointment. It would be useful for me to receive an electronic copy of all documents which are to be brought to the appointment in advance.

I generally see clients during the hours of 9am to 5pm on Mondays to Fridays, but am able to offer appointments out of hours and on weekends (please note that this will incur an additional fee).

My practice is regulated through the Faculty Office of the Archbishop of Canterbury
