Fees
My standard fees are as follows:
- Minimum fee - £100 (certified true copies)
- Child Consent Forms for overseas travel - £120
- Affidavits & Statutory Declarations - £200
- American Acknowledgment - £130
- Notarised copies and signature attestations for non-deeds - £150
- Signature attestations on Powers of Attorney - £200
For more complex matters, I charge at a rate of £250 per hour subject to a minimum fee of £100, plus disbursements .
I am not registered for VAT. I will endeavour to provide a fixed fee quote before any work is started, although this may not always be possible.
Additional charges
To arrange for Apostilles, I charge an additional £50 in addition to the above fee. For this service, I use a consular agent, whose fees vary. I will always quote their current fee in advance of the appointment.
My witness fees are £30.
Mobile notarial services available on request - my travel fee is dependent on distance.
